The organisers of the Farnborough airshow announced today that they are possibly expecting no fewer than five F-35s this year. They mention the pair of USMC aircraft also attending Fairford as well as an RAF example. The remaining pair are not specified.

Nu.nl reports that a general rehearsal of the parade is going to take at the NMM at Siesterberg. The date mentioned is "the museum's first anniversary", which would make it the 13th... Also mentioned are road vehicles, but air assets are not.

Aviation Week reports that Singapore Airlines plans to operate the A350-900 on its route to AMS starting in April replacing the Boeing 777-300 it currently uses.

Anyone who knows what departure base or bases will be used? Evreux was used in the past for many of the fast jets, but is it going to be used again? And if so, will it be the staging post for all or most of the fast jets? And do the aircraft return to their home bases after the fly past? I am thinki...

Was there Sunday and Monday. Didn't see any of the Pakistan C-130s.
