Tijdens het scannen van mijn oude dia's kwam ik deze opname tegen van de Open Dag 1988 op vliegbasis Deelen.
Ik weet het niet zeker meer maar volgens mij bleef de C-5 na take-off laag over de volle lengte van de baan vliegen.

The RIAT of 1993 had Tornado ZE887/DJ on the show. However this was an 11sq bird if I'm not mistaken.

Working my way through the old slides and scanning them. Some of the F-5's I found. First two from the Open Day Twente 1987. A formation of 4 NF-5's and 4 F-16's was formed. May I suggest a civilian Alouette? This one was found at Poprad airport in Slovakia in August 1996. I'm still in the process of scanning my old slides. Haven't done too many DC-10's but for some reason I already scanned this VIASA example.

Het was zoiezo al een hele mijlpaal het 75 jarige bestaan. Ook ik heb dit niet bewust meegemaakt (was toen 4 jaar), maar geloof dat het wel mooi moet zijn geweest met die 74 vliegtuigen... Tevens had men ook niet zo'n heel mooi bureau genaamd, Bureau Air Display binnen de luchtmacht... ;)... Ik dur...

Da's een mooie erfenis.
Ik was er wel bij in '88 en als je nu terugkijkt wat er toen vloog en stond lijkt het geweldig. Destijds was het echter toch een kleine tegenvaller. Wellicht ook omdat het weer niet bepaald meewerkte. Maar ja, altijd nog beter dan helemaal geen airshow.

Er zijn ook bedrijven die VHS omzetten naar DVD en eventueel bewerken. Als je even googled kom je verschillende bdrijven tegen. Welicht goedkoper dan Beeld en Geluid.
