Re: F-35 Lightning II JSF developments

Perhaps some delays can be expected. However typically LMTAS resolves the issue by using direct labor. Not possitive if that could be the resolution here as well. Will do some questioning to find out. It is funny to see workers along the picket line though. However currently aircraft on the flightli...

Re: Fort Worth NAS JRB/Carswell Field, TX (NFW) - 2012 MIL

Hi Piet, Glad you made it. Crappy weather however. For tomorrow even worse. The RAF B should be ZM135. I saw it last Wednesday being tucked into the same hangar. And in case you wonder the other B models have not left the final assembly line as far as I know so ZM135 is the only option. If the weath...

Re: Fort Worth NAS JRB/Carswell Field, TX (NFW) - 2012 MIL

Cannot confirm this so don't shoot the messenger but from a source they should've been 08-8014/15/16. Do not know call sign.

With this said this completes the delivery of the Moroc Vipers out of FW. There are two more Vipers left but they reside at Edwards.

Re: F-35 Lightning II JSF developments

BF-13 (VM-08) had its first flight earlier this month as well. And today BF-12 (VM-07) almost made it but got an issue that could not be resolved. She did however made it to the runway and sat there for about 15 minutes. Too bad they had south winds.

Re: Vraagje J-002

How often does J-002 fly typically? Is it a frame that is used often or a hangar queen?

79-0095 no mks was noted flying as the lead in a flight of four (one with "IN" mks) on Feb 1, 2012.

Anyone for the three "FT" C-130 on the active ramp? Were parked close to the HC-130J 09-0108/OT.

Cheers,

I can confirm this raptor now as well. Initially looked like the -039 but closer review of the pics I took 4038 is clearly shown on the inside of the LH weapons bay door.

Cheers,

Tally.
