Friday, I had a great day, with many highlights. Estonians, Greeks, SU-22's, RAMEX Delta, many special coloured a/c, all those classic jets, Anson, DH-89... Glood weather, no traffic problems. No complaints, or.... The Air Power demo was a bit low profile, and all those vehicles riding on the static...

Mijn spottefscarriere had een aanloopje. Vliegruigen heb ik, voor zover ik me kan herinneren, altijd al leuk gevonden. In 1966 met mijn ouders naar Schiphol, nog foto's van mij als jochie van 5 met KLM Electra's, Sabena Convair 440, Martinair Dakota (ja, een echte...), etc. Eerste vliegshow Rotterda...

Ook in Rusland schijnen in 1901 al serieuze vluchten gemaakt te zijn. Helaas was daar geen fotograaf of pers bij...

Er zijn zelfs drie complete Friendships: het F-50 prototype is ook gewoon een opgeklooide F-27. Alleen zijn de ramen weggekalkt en zijn de F-50 ruitjes er overheen geschilderd.
